  • Registration card for breed verification.

Every kitten is prepared with the utmost care to ensure they’re ready for their new family!

The availability of your kitten depends on its age and delivery arrangements. Typically:

  • Kittens can leave for their new homes at 4 months old.
  • If your chosen kitten is older, delivery takes approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the location and method selected.

We prioritize the health and readiness of each kitten to ensure they are fully prepared for their journey to you.

To reserve your kitten, we require either a deposit or full payment. Here’s how it works:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit secures your kitten until it’s ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount is due at pickup or two days before shipping if delivery is required.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept various payment methods to make the process smooth and convenient.

Our return policy is designed to prioritize the kitten’s well-being while maintaining fairness. You can return the kitten under these conditions:

  • Health Issues: Returns are only accepted if a genetic disease is diagnosed within 48 business hours by a licensed veterinarian.
  • Refund Details: The kitten’s cost will be refunded (excluding delivery fees).
  • Non-Returnable Situations: Allergies or litter box issues do not qualify for a return, but we’re happy to provide guidance.

We provide several delivery methods to accommodate your preferences and location:

  • Cargo by Plane: $575 to the nearest airport, subject to airline restrictions and weather conditions.
  • Car Delivery: Pricing varies based on location and distance.
  • Nanny Delivery: $900 for a courier to fly with your kitten in hand.
  • Personal Delivery: Door-to-door service across all states for $1,250.

We ensure a safe and comfortable journey for your kitten, no matter which option you choose.

While this isn’t a reason for return, we’re here to help!

  • Consult with our team for tips on reintroducing litter box training.
  • Ensure the litter box is clean and in a quiet, accessible location.
  • Gradually guide your kitten back to consistent litter box habits.

Our support continues even after your kitten joins your family!
